The Ministry of Economy and Finance – Building C project involved the construction of a modern nine-story government office building to expand the ministry's administrative capacity. Completed between November 2015 and November 2017, the facility incorporates essential building services and communication systems to support efficient government operations.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance is responsible for Cambodia's public finance, budgeting, taxation, and economic policy. As administrative functions continued to expand, additional office facilities were developed to accommodate operational needs and improve the working environment for government personnel.

Building C was designed to complement the existing ministry complex while providing functional office space with reliable building services. The design emphasizes structural durability, efficient circulation through the connecting bridge, and modern communication infrastructure to support government administration.
