Kim Mex Construction & Investment Co., Ltd., with Oknha Touch Kim as its CEO, is a well-known local construction contracting company.

Kim Mex was entrusted by the Royal Government of Cambodia to construct the new Ministry of Interior building, located along Preah Norodom Boulevard, with a construction cost of approximately USD 60 million.

The new Ministry of Interior building is modeled after the five-towered Angkor Wat Temple. Its construction was meticulously designed to ensure ample natural light and adequate airflow, offering a comfortable and suitable environment for a modern workspace.

This new building stands 9 stories tall, excluding the ground floor and parking levels, which can accommodate a total of 330 vehicles inside.

Constructed on its original site facing the four major rivers, the building's construction began in late 2021 and was completed in 2023.

In addition to the Ministry of Interior, Kim Mex also received the construction of state housing units with specialized departments and the Cambodian government through Buddha Boulevard, which has a sub-national administration (School of Administration) in Phnom Penh.
